2. Review Your Brain Map

Review your Attention Test and Brain Map. And get a deeper understanding of some of the underlying strengths and limiting factors affecting your mood and performance.

Discuss your Primary Goal. As well as ways to measure your progress along the way.

Come up with a Game-plan, with clear expectations, milestones, and check points. We will incorporate midpoint and endpoint checkpoints to ensure success.

3. Train Your Brain (about 30-40 Sessions)

Stage 1: Foundation. We focus the first 10-12 sessions on laying the foundation and “getting to know” your brain.

Stage 2: Targeting Your #1 Goal. Your next 10-15 sessions will focus on training the areas of your brain associated with your #1 Goal.

Stage 3: Deepening. Your next 10-15 sessions will serve to deepen and reinforce all the great changes you’re experiences so that they’re as long lasting as possible.
